The property is located in the coastal town of Xemxija, a suburb in the western part of Saint Paul’s Bay in the Northern Region of Malta. It is a calm, peaceful area, surrounded by the Maltese countryside and a picturesque small fishing harbor. The area is a gateway to the sandy beaches of Golden Bay and Mellieha Bay, which are accessible within 15 minutes by car. Numerous restaurants, supermarkets, scuba centers, and beach bars are within walking distance. Local heritage trails provide access to prehistoric archaeological sites, and a short walk to the coastline leads to an idyllic swim spot at Fekruna Bay. With Malta being such a small island, travel to any particular area is possible in under an hour by car.
